I have to give a great big thanks to Cobra Kayak customer service.
Just picked up my brand new Marauder at a local shipping terminal after the people at Cobra processed a warranty exchange for me.
I am pretty tough on my gear and my kayak is no exception.
Even though I babied my Marauder a crack had developed on the belly of the yak while paddling last month. Added some excitement to my crabbing adventure but a little “Duct Tape” and I was able to finish the day with minimal bailing, ha ha. A few phone calls and an e-mail latter, and the problem was solved.
Best customer service I have had in a while.
Limited lifetime warranty on the hull and they mean it.
