If you are not able to make the meeting, you can listen in by clicking on the link.

Good place to start if you have not already gotten involved. :thumps:

I listened to parts of the meeting this afternoon at work. It was very informative and I would like to thank all those that participated. I hope that the Nor Cal divers can provide a similar presense druring the March meeting.

Once again, Kudos to those of you that spoke!

Just watched an hour of the meeting, interesting stuff. However, the bureaucracy of it all sucks.

Thanks everyone that went. I watched it this morning and was very impressed by all the spearing support presented at the public hearing. Awesome work.

I hope that the Nor Cal divers can provide a similar presense druring the March meeting.

Mike N, I hope you can make it out for the meeting in March since you're right here in Sac. I've already cleared my calendar and wouldn't miss it for the world. I hope to meet up with you, and maybe we can make some plans to do some diving before any of the closures may be implemented.

TRG,

I have the 6th on my calendar. I might be able to make the afternoon of the 5th, but I have a morning meeting in the Bay area that I can't get out of. I guess we'll have to wait for the actual schedule to be listed though.

It would be great to hit the water with you before anything gets shut down. I just got into ab diving and a little spear fishing a couple years ago and am kicking myself for not picking it up sooner, especially with the pending closures.

If you get a wild hair and want to hit it, let me know. The seas are looking good for next Tuesday? ;)
