I leave for Tokyo tommorrow and was wondering about spearfishing out there.

I was hoping to buy some bad ass equipment not offered in the states.

I'm not sure about Japan, but when I was in Singapore recently there was a lot of gear for really cheap prices. Fins, masks, regs, booties etc. I didn't see a whole lot of spearguns or that type of equipment, butI'm sure if you look around you'll find it.
