Ha! Tonight we ride muchachos! I dove alot...If I had the money, I'm sure I would have hurt myself...I am going to pic up my pictures tonight so I can upload them....

Wanna talk about task loading, night dive, drift, with a nikonos...let's see how these came out!

The Iberostar was very family oriented...I didn't see a single thong. very dissapointed. However I saw sea turtles, octopi,

Lot of nice folks from all over. Lots of diving. Now, I have a few things to square away on the house before the water warms up, and then, we dive!

How did you make out in Westport? I'm game! I heard rumor that the bluefish are in Sandwich. (If you do spear one, watch out, you might only piss it off;)

Gotta run. If I can, I will put up some pics tommorow night.

I have never been - but the drift dives a supposed to be phenominal.

Westport was fair- great tide as Monday was a full moon. But not much warmer than Rockport. I dove it wet as a test- I was warm except for my hands which froze right up.

The gun is sweet. Just sat there and shot shit.

I am in Boston this weekend. Maybe down to Westport next-

Cool. Maybe we could get together. I'll go wet or dry. We could play that by ear. There may be a couple of bugs at Sandwich. I heard rumor that the bluefish were running there??? Seems to early. The pictures didn't come out that great, I'll try to post a couple tonight. Adios!

Were did you go in Westport? Right from the shore? or gooseberry?

Off the corner of East Beach..
Heading twards Barney's Joy.
Real Shallow- but a nice rockey eadland that juts out.

The hole right in the river is great - or spots heading closer to rockey point- Sockonnette

Still want to take the Kyaks out off the Goose twards the wreck!. Lots of good ground I havn't hit yet.

Diving dry off Rockport in the AM.

Lets catch up re: next weekend!

hey vin,

There a lot of blackfish off that corner of east beach in the summer? I might be heading out there in july. I know right where you are talking about. there is a big rock way off the beach there right? Last time I was there I was wondering about the fish around that area-it looks like it would hold something.

Oh yeah! My buddy got two huge triggerfish there last season. Good spot around there.

Vin getting the kayaks from Goosebery sounds excellent. That is a nice trip. As soon as the water warms up a little more...

reminds me of a story...back in the day...ha ha. Last year we were planning on spearfishing but there was really huge waves, so we went kayak surfing...it was really awesome! My friend has a campsight at Horseneck state park for a week in July. He can cook some fish.

Any photos yet? I've been out there plenty of times, just never dove. Went out there mainly to relax and party, but next time I'll do the fish petting thing just to see all the nice strucutre out there.

We have triggerfish up here?? Shit I am always learning.
Are't they shell crackers- like parrot fish - less the beak?

sorry for the delay in uploading the pics...I just haven't taken the time. got some good ones of octopus, sea turtles, and various fishes.

PS We do have trigger fish up here. Last summer, just before the oil spill, there was a storm at sea which pushed alot of warm water fish in towards Westport. It was pretty neat.

Cozumel Pics: Click on slideshow...I have some really good pictures of Mayan Ruins, I'll try to add those later. Here is the link to the Yahoo album:

It was pretty funny he had one hand on a big rock and he held it out on the stringer (strung through the eyes) and he was yelling about just that same thing...It was hilarious!
