dove the front and the back with lurker greg, on his 20ft glastron. solid vis on the backside, the south winds did some weird $hit to the front side early. it glassed up a bit later in the day. vis varied from 8-20ft. hit about 5 different beds. no croaks heard. no sightings either. i ended up finding a couple of these though. the bigger one went 8.4, the smaller 6.8. the fatty is a personal best. (looks like someone put their thumb in my butt in the photo with 2 fish) although we didnt score the right kind, it was a nice start to the season. :thumps:

Awesome Dudes! The shot on the smaller one is superb. Forget fish tacos, it's time to call the whole family clan for a feast :)

thanks all, pretty stoked. definitely gonna make sashimi calico. next time u guys wack larger calies, try em sashimi. sea salt and a squeeze of lemon juice, no soy sauce. or hit up the japanese market and pick up some ponzu sauce. its a citrus based soy. the soy and wasabi is a bit much for the mild white meat.
