Need Rules and regulations

Well I moved to Port Angeles in late December from seattle. i dived alot back home in California and I want to start diving again up here. is there a web site or any thing that gives me what the rules and regulations are up here for spearfishing? it would be great.

WDFG.com is the web site. But you are very close to the best spearfishing in Washington. Pretty much anywhere west of the Sekiu river is fair game for spearfishing. Ling Cod opens this month around the 15th I think up there. Scuba or freedive is aloud. Water is very cold 46 degrees. No need to wait till summer for warmer water it doesn't get any warmer.
