Pretty much looks like everyone figured it would. I bounced it out to about 12 miles trying to find the end of the mud but I didnt. I could still see brown all the way to the west so I turned around. Pulled up to one spot and there was a huge mud boil and smoke trail in the water where the ripping tide was pulling the water over the ledge. Was still a little rough and breezy so its not gonna clear up real soon. Looking like 50 foot plus for Saturday. Heres a couple pics I took at about 12 miles, couldnt see the prop. Water temp was down to 66.
The good news is that yesterdays gale force winds have conveniently organized many of the crabs traps out there into nice sized bundles on the ledges and bigger rockpiles.

This is where the speedo and white shrimpers boots come in handy.

Bucket one and Red Tide will be sipping Cappucino's in the cabin while everyone else is getting soaked enroute to the spots that I pirated from his office last night during the Party. The Sand flies are looking forward to seeing you in your T-back GR. Thanks again buddy.

Hey Mr. Pirate,
It sure is a good thing that I think of almost everything. You see, those numbers that you think you have are all coded. The first four digits are correct, but the last three are each off plus or minus nine. Unless you were the guy who broke the German enigma codes from WWII, you will probabally be looking at sand and squirrel fish.
Speaking of squirrel fish, how is you teammate/ truck driver/ T-Top Bender???????

I have decided that customizing T-tops on Oak Trees is not such a good business venture afterall. The welding bill is a bit hard to swallow for the eight seconds of labor it took to inflict the damage. We will be ready to go...in spite of ourselves. I think our team name should be "running with scissors." Cam is out today with a decent report, but it is not the water we had a week ago for sure. Looking forward to everything...except paying the welders, of course!
