This soup was made by Carlo, (previous picture) the best chef in Miami. I tried to look over my shoulder to see his secret formula, but at the rate he cooks, made it impossible.

This soup was made possible by Carlo, the guy in the previous pic. He's the greatest chef in Miami. I'm dying to know what is his secret formula.
Are you sure that's soup or a bucket of water pulled from the crystal clear waters off Weekee Wachii (Bayport) this past weekend?
Also, is that Chef Carlo Lagassee from "La Minutera" in Hialeah on Jose Marti Boulevard and East 9th?

LOL!!! No, that is not the same Carlo. As Deepdown said, we need to get together one weekend to do some spearfishing. That was a funny joke about the soup...I'm dying to know Carlo's recipe. The only thing you need to add to that soup is Tabasco and lemon. I ate two full buckets. :D :D :D
