i need the link to the guy who makes spears

it wasn't too long ago that someone posted a web page that had a local guy who makes spear shafts and stringers for cheep. he was in the tampa bay area somewhere and now i can't find the message that was posted with the link. help a brotha out i need to get ahold of some new biller shafts.
