2003 Lobster mini season

I'm thinking about going down to the keys this coming mini season. Anyone know when the mini season is? Which key is the best to lobster from? Good place to stay?

Mini season is always the last Wednesday and Thursday of July. I don't have a calendar handy, so you will have to look up what days those are. Lower keys tend to be better if you don't have any spots. Get a room now, they fill up quick.
