The LA FATHOMIERS Spearfishing Club will have several kayaks

any news on these yaks
is there much of a difference between diving off a kayak and a paddle board?

You can carry a lot more on a kayak and the paddles of a yak have a lot more pull than any mans arms!!!and can handle a lot more abuse, including wipe outs in re entry. You can paddle faster and cover longer distances across wind chop, surf, surge and most important you can dive any spot including deep spots where with a board is a bit more complicated to carry all dive gear, spearguns, rope and chain and anker, on paddle board.
