Visiting Seattle/Issaquah

I'm visiting the Seattle area for the fist time in July. Don't know if I'll have time for diving at all, but I was hopeing to get some advice for a seafood house that serves a good variety of local fish/preparations. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Also, if I do have time to squeeze dive in, are there any charters/dive that would be worth contacting for freediving/spearing?

Sea Star in down town Bellevue. A little pricey but worth it.
