U/W Hockey rocks your lungs

I just got my a$$ handed to me. First time playing tonight. I got to say, it's a heck of a workout and a wake up call about how good I am in the water. That said, it's super fun.

I'd highly recommend it to anyone who dives.

I used to play in college, it is an intense workout, and a great for the lungs! I miss it dearly.
