Marquesas

Anyone been out shooting in the Marquesas recently? Me and a buddy are heading out there Memorial Day weekend. Hopefully the weather will calm down enough for a good trip. Its been almost a year since my last trip there and I hope its still good.

We were there last week aboard the Playmate. This was my first trip there so I have nothing to compare it to. Spearing was good, vis was at times 80 to 100 and at others around 20'. Water temp is around 77. We left you alot of nice grouper that were pretty skittish. Good luck.

Have yet to get any grouper in about 5 trips out there. They are very skittish out there for some reason. Tons of hogs though which is why we go back. Maybe this year...
