Got 2 weeks - Need Fish!

Headed to Orange Beach, Pensacola and Panama City this week for 2 weeks. Would like to spear my 1st on this trip. Pretty much a newbie with OW and Nitrox and fully equiped. Any suggestions or help very much appreciated

This weekend will be too much trouble to venture into the gulf but I will be going out the next one if weather and girlfriend permits. You would be welcome to come out with me.
