Catalina WSB This weekend, anyone want to go?

I'm taking my boat out to the east end of Catalina this weekend for WSB. I'll probably finish by heading south to the 209 bank and look under the paddies for tails. (leaving out of Dana)

I need someone to come along and help out. Anybody want to go?

I'm new to the board, and none of my friends freedive. They're all fisherman. Sharing watertime with them is a PAIN!

Let me know. A one day trip Sat or Sunday is OK. I'd like to leave Sat, spend the night in Catalina, and hit the kelp paddies Sunday. That would put us back early Sunday afternoon.

Hey bro, I'd be down, but I'm still inn Colorado. Moving back to Laguna in November and looking for freediving spearo's. Most of my experience is in central america (padi divemaster) but the scuba world tends to frown upon me shooting stuff in the head. Mainly hunt slip tip pole spear, but I'm down to watch your back. Love helping out on the boats, and just need a buddy as soon as I get there. I should be working in Irvine, dive instructing on catalina some weekends, but know nothing og the island, what limits regs are etc.. have a good one!

I might be going on a friends boat on Sat., but he's been having boat problems. If that doesn't work out I would love to go, split gas and expenses etc. My brother might be interested too if you have room. I'll let you know ASAP if you still have space. Thanks.
