So you have time to advertise for Black Friday but you don't have time to answer a thread that is flat-out accusing you of funds misappropriation? I went on plenty of trips where things went south, not enough people and so on but this is one of the most embarrassing stories I've heard: The boat was willing to make the trip with fewer folks, yet you decide to cancel but you don't have the money for immediate refund? That shows that whatever money you got were not available anymore hence not booking even for the smaller group. Did you planned to actually book the trip? Do you have correspondence to show that you tried to book for the smaller group? I would really like to hear your side of the story because based on the first post it sounds like a scam that would qualify for mail fraud.
