2009 KLO Key Largo Blue Storm Tournament Results

This is the second year that the Key Largo Marriott has hosted the KLO. Once again they did an excellent job of hosting us. The food and drinks were plentiful and I don't think anyone went away lacking anything. Everyone that participated also had their turn at the prize table and walked away with some nice prizes. Vendors were also set up in the hallway to answer questions on their products and even sell some gear. Congratulations to everyone who participated!

Thanks again to all of the great sponsors of the series, without your help and dedication to this sport, these tournaments would not be a success. Hats off to each and everyone one of you.

I also cannot thank enough everyone that volunteered for the weigh-in. Thanks to Randy Docks (dive4bugz), Laura Rogers (mrsrogers), Jim Fyfe (jfjf) and Frank McCallister (abdiver). You four made this a seamless operation and I could not have done it without you.

Thanks again to Tony Grogan for putting on this series and these three tournaments. I don't think anyone can imagine the countless hours this man puts into these tournaments. It's a pleasure to be able to lend just a small hand to this series. You make it all look so easy and I know it's not. A big thank you!

Thanks to tony for again awesome tournament put together and john biggs for all the help witout you two we wouldn't get to have all this fun .I live for a challenge to go up against other shooters and the adrenilin rush of the sport to compete . It's what makes my world go round . I've raced in demolition Derbyshire for the last 16 years finally had to give it up from neck and back trouble this spearfishing is my adrenilin replacement sport I love it . I spend most my days planning our next time out to better myself because the competition is so awesome if you aren't trying to better your self someone will pass you . I hope that everyone that entered the tournament has the same drive to win that I do you are all awesome shooters can't wait till next year .
