As described in the book "From Hook to Table" published by Florida Sportsman, here is a method for cooking Hogfish so it tastes like Lobster!:
Fill a pot with just enough water to cover the fish fillets. Add salt and margarine, bring to a boil. Add the fish, reduce to simmer and cover for 8-10 minutes. Serve with melted butter.
I just got to test this last night...damn it was good!
I had a great shooting trip Sat., 1st time really tearing it up with freeshafts. Will post latah...
