Hogfish on grill

I wanna try some Hogfish on the grill, any ideas? Marinades?

probably something with lemon I have used limon vodka before on grouper and was damn good.

Pat each side with salt and lemon pepper. Gently rub some vegetable or olive oil over the filets. Grill (skinned side first) until bottom half of fillet turns opaque. Flip and cook other side for the same time. Plate and eat. Drizzle with melted butter if desired.

Can also do for smaller whole scaled fish but over lower heat. Be sure to cover grill.
