Post de link. It sure says Cuidado güevón!! That´s an adjective of common usage in most latin american Countries, but it´s more often used by Colombians. In México means "big balls" but in a negative way, that means, say .. lazy . In Colombia is just a familiar but denostative expression, equal in meaning to that of cabrón. Cuidado güevon means " Be careful dude" Beware dawg" or something like that, the other words doesn´t make sense, meros are groupers .. As Alex said, don´t worry too much about youtube comments, that place is troll Central in the Internet.
