Here's another non-seafood dish, but have to pass it on. By the way, this would go great with the cole slaw recipe.
This recipe is great because by using the pork shoulder, it's very economical, and couldn't be more simple and better tasting.
Take an average size pork shoulder and set in crockpot. Douse with worcestershire sauce (use a lot, like an entire small bottle). Next, pack 3/4 cup of brown sugar on top and sides of pork shoulder. Next, add about one-half cup of apple juice.
Cook on low for NINE hours. That's all there is to it, and you will be very pleased at how it falls apart, and tastes great!
