Cherryl and I are feeling the strain of running both Florida Freedivers Retail and the RA Distributorship.

We are looking into selling either the RA Distributorship or both businesses at a very atttractive price.

Eg the RA USA Distribitorship is available at $60K (no stock)

We would also consider a working partner for both businesses and who would be very active in the shop.
The partner would then allow us the occasional chance to get out and about.
Ideally a young person/couple with some diving experience.

Hi,
I had a Californain based buyer for the RA Distributorship but the timing was not right for him and the deadline for a final decison and deposit passed last night.

We had, through the last couple of weeks, negotiated quite a nice deal which I will consider passing on to any other other serious buyer.

The Dealership would ideally suit a knowledgeable spearo who has the time, skill and resources to invest in developing the market for RA further.
The business at the moment is not big enough by itself to nicely support a family but is a very good "second income" source.
