He would love to go spearing by freediving, and don't worry we would keep the party out of commission for the duration of the fishing until after the catch and feast begins :) The groom is not a SCUBA guy and would be popping his spearo cherry...

That being said is there anywhere along the GA or SC coastline where fishing is good in ~30' of water? I live in Victoria BC Canada so local guidance is crucial. Time frame is late August to early September

The other part i have been looking into is a trip to the Keys. It's just a lot of $$ right now...

Any info is greatly appreciated!

Hi folks, I have sent a few here private messages that are from the same area. Then I thought, gotta have a first post sometime!!! Just got certified last summer, have been out with Discovery a few times, then private boat a few times. Looking to get out on some trips rather it be spearfishing, or just wreck diving. Be more than happy to kick in on expenses, also have a 206 Kencraft I bought this winter, that really only needs tank holders/racks, to be rigged and ready to go. Ive run my jones brothers all over the ICW for countless hrs, but this is my first bigger boat. Would be nice to get one or two locals here to run out with me a few times here soon. I ran bogue yesterday, I saw they marked the shrimp boat wreck there in the inlet. Anyway, Im addicted to diving, and would love to meet up with a few of ya whenever time allows. I plan to be back down all next wknd. Thanks Justin
