I've a father's friend that works at a power plant that utilizes a fresh water lake. He has access to the 'cooling pond' at said power plant and has the opportunity to fish it. He catches coolers full of huge Crappie, which IMO, are the best eating fresh water fish in Florida.
When you're diving in the sea and an eel bites your knee, that's a Moray.
