William, I'd advise no more than 3 divers in the water at a time for albies. You could have more on board but not in water at same time. too many floatline tangles, need to get in/out of water fast and move, quick. 2 at a time is more ideal, so you can trail floatlines before you approach a boil, cut throttles/neutral, coast, bail out and dive in seconds. A new to divers helmsman you also don't want many in the water. 2 to begin with till confidence builds. Example, approach divers to be picked up from the 'high side' ie upwind sail effect will carry boat toward divers while in neutral.
