Guatemala any info
Going To Guatemala Sunday to catch sailfish, have a 45ft boat booked for a couple of days for h and l , however thinking of staying for an extra week and spearing, anyone have any info? Pacific side

The only info I have is that should be very good for Pargo and Amberjack. This is the season. Maybe the charter guys could give you a hint on who can take you out spearfishing.

Spoke to the boat capital just now, he basically said "you paid for the boat I will take you to do whatever you want ". So I have a feeling I will spearing a lot and trolling very little

If he has electronics (depth finder and gps with maps, look for banks in the middle of nothing or depth drops. You'll have fun. Bring extra shafts and take pictures.

Well , we got on the sailfish and we're catching so many I ended up not Soearfishing for long. Released 22 sails one day and 17 the other so it was world class sailfishing .
