Crystal river
Can anyone point me to a good spot to drop my boat? I wanted to go out Crystal river this weekend, I've never been out this side yet. I wanted to go out Thursday if everything stays the same.
Thanks for any help |

Re: Crystal river
There's a ramp at the end of SR 44. If you are looking for some public numbers to dive, check out the link below.

Re: Crystal river
Unless you have a flats boat and local knowledge, don't put in at the end of SR 44. Instead, put in at Fort Island Trail park, which is about five miles from Hwy 19/98 on SR 44 (Also known as Fort Island Trail Road). There are two good ramps there, where you can launch any size boat. Canal dumps out into Crystal River at the no wake zone just before Salt River.
