boat stabilizers

After spending a ton of time on little rolling skiffs I started playing around with stabilizers. I built this set of louver style roll stoppers and they work wonders especially when drifting and fishing. Has anyone used these at anchor or while drifting? In our experience they make a huge difference when hanging out on the boat.

Re: boat stabilizers

How are you tie them on? Do you have downriggers?

Re: boat stabilizers

What dimensions is the stabilizer and what for what size boat? have you considered securing them with rods so it can provide stability in both directions? cool idea
