Marathon
I'm talking with a few of my buddy's and we're planing a trip down to marathon for the end of march (dates not set it stone yet). I have been down there a few times so I have picked up some of the maps from the visitor centers and just out side it shows some dive flag not very far out of vaca cut. I was wondering if any one was had any info on the like best time to dive the (high tide or low tide or incoming tide etc). Also any advice of chumming were looking to shoot hogs and snappers.

Re: Marathon
High tide is usually the best visibility on the reef. Try sand balls, I don't chum but my buddies swear by them.
