Does anyone use a sliptip on there roller gun? And if so how do you set it up? What I mean is do you put the cord in the bands or were???

Re: Slip tips and roller guns

I just throw the loop under the shooting line on the muzzle instead of between bands on mine.

Re: Slip tips and roller guns

I tuck my spectra line under the roller band on the bottom of the gun, not the top. It keeps the line tight and hasn't failed me yet. If you tuck it in on top, the roller band can pull the slip tip line into the pulley.

Re: Slip tips and roller guns

Thanks for the info I’ll try both. One gun is open muzzle and the other gun is a ET so no line goes over shaft.

Re: Slip tips and roller guns

I thought the same. After trying a RA 110 roller, I'm sold on the power, accuracy, and no recoil.
