Impaler Spearguns

Anyone know what happened to Impaler? I tried contacting him about a year ago through email and calls but he didnt reply to any, but from the looks of it his instagram hasnt been active since 2017 and nothing on his website has changed. Does he still make and sell guns? Never got to hold one or shoot one but from pics they looked beautiful and people say they were great shooters. It would be a shame if he stopped selling his guns, would’ve loved to have a custom hybrid built by him.

Thanks for your responses

Website is still up: http://impalerspearguns.com/ I remember his cool looking muzzle brake appearance speargun muzzle that reminded me of a Barrett, in fact just looked up the reference http://www.spearboard.com/showthread...muzzle&page=11

Try Facebook, a lot of guys have moved their contacts to social media. Also Instagram as I note photos are there.

Re: Impaler Spearguns

Well I opened an instagram account so that I could fully access his page there and cannot find any dates, but you can see his name so I suggest that you search on that. He cannot have disappeared in a puff of smoke and he does not look like he would quit spearfishing. I always wondered if he was going to try out the multi-band nutcracker muzzle as he already made a closed loop muzzle with individual holes for each band loop.

On my instagram account it shows dates, and the last time he posted a picture was March 3, 2017. Like i mentioned earlier, i emailed and called him during the summer of 2017 because i wanted one of his guns, and I never got a reply. Maybe its just me, and for some reason he didnt see my calls or emails but the fact he hasnt been active on instagram since 2017 tells me something happened. If anyone who knows him or has any insight as to if hes still building or not, please tell me what you know. I would be a shame if he stopped building, always wanted one of his hybrids.

Re: Impaler Spearguns

You could always contact someone he knows like Cheyenne Lee and ask her, she seems to be on the Net in a number of places, including Salt Life.

Re: Impaler Spearguns

I think KWTony is close to Jason(Impaler).
Jason seems inactive lately.
I bought 2 guns from him.
Last contact I had with Jason was january 2017. I asked him back then if he was still building. His answer was:

"hello,
how you been?
nice to hear from you.
I am definately still building guns
you should see the new rear handle /wedge shaped 70/30 hybrids- totally badass!...."
