Re: Wtb Wahoo Gun

I have a 65" Greek made Teaksea for sale.

Gun cost me $1400, I'm selling with new bands wo shaft.

I had a rest tab installed on the gun for easier loading, god send.

The gun has been in the water on three trips.

I'll send you photos later tonight.

Cheers

Sent you a text earlier.

I bought it for wahoo but then never went on another wahoo trip after I got it. Took some nice lings and AJs with it though.

Re: Wtb Wahoo Gun

Not sure if you are looking for a Rear Handle or a Mid Handle. 155RH is a proven Wahoo Killer.. comes with a Bluewater Reel with Line. 3 bands, Open Track, 5/16" Shafts. I'm also working on a new gun design which is really an old gun design I'm bringing back. 165MH Slim.. Enclosed Track, 3 bands, Bluewater Reel, 5/16" Shaft. I like the Rear Handles because they are very versatile. I can be using that gun for Wahoo and then for Ground Hunting, but in the Blue, me personally I am best with a Mid Handle. Also have a larger 4 band ET, 11/32" No reel 170MH, which are very effective for big Wahoo..

Is that some kind of charter boat you are on? This post is worth looking at for the pictures alone if nothing else.

Re: Wtb Wahoo Gun

I know the shear size of the fish is not impressive. But IMO one of the harder fish to spear, do to the small target area and the speed of the fish is the Sierra. My Ulusub 155RH has been dead on, IMO the gun is worth every penny. Can't wait for Wahoo to show back up!
