Re: Show off Steves work at http://www.poseidonsub.com/

All of his american guns come with alexander trigger mech/handle (pipegun, bluewater), all of his euro style guns come with his trigger mech. Both work just fine, recently there was a thread on how the trigger mech handled under intense pressure in the all about guns forum, http://www.spearboard.com/showthread.php?t=41911

I really like this mech as the shaft can be loaded with the line release in any position. It makes it much more easy to reload fast. I know in Kitto's first test there were some concerns as it was apparently missing a spacer for some reason or another but I havnt had any issues with any of my guns.

But I have to say that I don't like that alexander handle very much at all.

the "entry level" pipegun will come in 50'' and 55'' lengths, with an open track, 2 5/8'' bands, a 9/32'' shaft, my trigger mech, a screw on handle and it will look very similar to the pipegun i make now. i should have some pic soon.

Re: Show off Steves work at http://www.poseidonsub.com/

I recently bought a 60" Euro Flight (AKA Voodoo) from Steve and love it. I had a Riffe Blue Water before. The voodoo tracks nicely, has very little recoil, and shoots very straight. I especially like the handle on this gun. It's high set, is wider than my old gun (which seems to control recoil and spread it out over a wider area) and it has a very comfortable angle to it.

Steve was great to work with and he offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and a lifetime guarantee on the gun. Mori shafts also are a work of art.

Thanks for the gun Steve. You're an artist.

Just spoke with Steve and went with a 60" voodoo in a blue camo stain (I will be in FL why not?). I'm going to have it initially rigged with a Hawaiian break-away, but have him also put some Rob Allen reel inserts in just incase.

I can hardly wait!

How are you attaching the tubes to the stock. I want to make a shorter jetty gun hybrid to try out.

Almost there! Enclosed track and tubes are in. Steve said it may be in my hands within the next week or two. It will be rigged for a breakaway, but also have inserts for an RA reel, should I wish to use one down the road. I'm going with his custom blue camo seen in the bottom pic (pic is from his website and not of me) for Florida...
