That's a pretty good seat. Should be right around the goal line/end zone and only 10 rows up. This is the 1st season I don't have season tix in a long time. I may take those if I don't get a freebie before then and if they're still available.

Go Jags!

Sounds good, let me know. No idea what they're worth but he told me to say $75 obo for the pair.

I have honestly had a hard time giving them away, and that was regular season. Best bet is to give them to a friend that will appreciate it. it is a shame, but if the jags start winning things may change.

I hope so.. but I highly doubt it with the jerk off fans in this town. They won't go bc the team is losing (when really the team is about .500), they won't go bc they hate the QB (why don't we have a QB like Manning!), the won't go bc it's too expensive (2nd cheapest tix in the league), yadda yadda yadda. The fans in this town are pathetic. They think NFL football is the same as Gator football. Unfortunately NFL teams don't line up against The Catholic Sisterhood of Basket Weaving, North Carolina School for Dance and Choreography or South Florida College for the Blind and Deaf every other week, so the Gator fans don't have that 62-3 blowout every other week which makes them feel good about themselves and their team.

Doc, when the Steelers had their down years with Kent Graham (LOLz), Kordell Stewart and Neil O'Donnell at QB didn't you still support your team? Thought so... that's what being a fan is.. supporting your team through thick and thin. Being a fan means that the idea of being anywhere on Sunday besides at the stadium, watching your team play at home field is inconceivable.

Agreed 100% Tommy. People care way more about the Gators up here than the Jags. I hope it changes.

Here is the problem with the NFL. $66 bucks for a PRESEASON game (same as regular season) when the stars are sitting on the sideline you still pay the same outrageous price. Then after paying $20 bucks to park and $8 bucks for a beer and $7 for a crappy hot dog they expect you to support a bunch of guys making millions that complain about it.

Go support the Jaxsonville Axemen Rugby team at UNF Hodges stadium Saturday at 5 pm. $5 entry, $1 dollar beers, hard hits (without the pads), cheerleaders you can actually see (not as hot as jags cheerleaders but that’s what the $1 beers are for). Halftime raffles with awesome prizes.

BTW if you need to get rid of a few tickets let me know

Given, this attitude, I think the Jags should just go ahead and move to Los Angeles.

Sincerely,

The San Diego Chargers

We are in pretty bad shape, but our hardcores are a helluva lot better than steeler fans. You can tell Robert is itching to join us!

Man that's a downer. You just proved Robert's point then asked him for free tix!?!? Nothing wrong with the Axemen, but if you don't wanna go to a Jags game then don't... just don't bitch about the 2nd lowest prices in the league.

The NFL is the "Big boy league", not the "Bush Redneck League". There are only 32 NFL teams. NFL football is big business, it's not for penny pinchers. It's not a 'Great Value' purchase... you pay bc you want to be there. Shit... my family just paid 60$ a head for us to go to Medievil Times, and we just took my kid out on a head boat for his first time at 60$+ a head... so it's the same money as anything else worth doing. People make memories at football games they'll never forget. My son will NEVER forget watching Scobee's 59 yard FG drop through the uprights to beat the Colts, nor will he forget Mike Thomas's hail mary catch to beat the Texans. You can't place a value on moments like that with your family. Good luck getting that kind of drama from the Axemen.

Is it expensive, sure it is, but there's alot of ways to make it cheaper. First of all.. stuff yourself at home before you goto the game so you don't get raped at the concession stand, just drink 2 drinks, one for each half. That saves a ton of cash alone. I don't drink... period. So I don't feel your pain on the beer prices.. I buy a pepsi for 6$ and get a refill for like 2$ and that's all I spend at the concession stand.

Another way to make it cheaper is to BE A SEASON TICKET HOLDER! The Teal Deals coupon book you get as a season ticket holder has probably 5 times the amount of the season ticket worth of local savings in it.. and the coupons are actually at places worth a damn.

Unfortunately that's the norm in this city. They want a Tiffany product at Walmart prices... sad thing is they're actually getting it at Walmart prices and they're still bitching. The salary cap is 120 million this year, and everyone is shitting bricks bc Wayne Weaver won't go bonkers in free agency. How can he when Jax is populated with so many people who think like Ameliahunter?

It's sad to think we may lose the team, but cheap-ass mfers just don't get it.

Wow you sure get your panties in a wad real quick over an opinion. I don't think the value is there an obviously most other people don't sense DOC cant give away his tickets. I don't think the value is there. If you do thats great enjoy yourself and and I am glad to hear your argument for the value. But to start throwing out insults makes you a mega piece of sh$t.

Good day
