Concrete Pilings off of Hudson

i need a general location of these concrete pilings. anyone recognize them?

Aha - now I remember! I think this is near where I filmed this, and if so you are correct. But the ones in my video were a lot older and covered with more growth.

Pasco 4 was culvert, I spent two days out there locating the corners and then Paul Heinerth did surveys to check the locations and the top of the pile depth for navigation requirement's I don't remember any poles but that was a long time ago

i don't think this was a public artificial reef just because it didn't have much structure. it was almost as if these fell off on accident before they reached their destination. it wasn't really set up as good structure for fish.

Those two pilings are nowhere near an artificial reef. They're around 282300-832300

Must have fallen off of a barge. Doubt it was intentional. Probably somebody still alive who was there at the time. Would be an interesting story.

yeah that's what it looks like. definitely not the best structure set up to attract fish.
