Re: Daily Vis Report Thread
Dove a new spot in Magnolia, MA this AM via kayak. Vis was all over the place but decent, 10-20. We took a 23" Tog, several good flounder and three lobster. One lobster was an absolute beast, just under the 5" max. Beautiful day today.

Re: Daily Vis Report Thread
did the dirty south-side of Cape Ann Sat 6/7/14
Vis was 12 foot +/- Took some black-back tails... Saw a school of a dozen large Shad (1st time seeing those), MOST EXCITED ABOUT SHOOTING THESE MAMMOTH DUMPSTER FISH!!! (Yes, my dream fish has always been a giant cunner!) I got the blue one at 2lbs. 6ozs Of course, as soon as I hoist mine above the water, my dive partner shoots the even bigger red one. Both cunner were 15.5" Look at these parrotfish! |

Re: Daily Vis Report Thread
Rockport Sat vis patchy to pretty bad probably due to rain earlier, a little better deeper than 12ft. Lot's of good size flounder around, otherwise a desert.

Re: Daily Vis Report Thread
Dived in Newport on Saturday. Visibility varied from 15 feet at high tide to 8-10 feet on low tide. Saw many curious schoolies, but no keepers.

Re: Daily Vis Report Thread
Any reports on Vis? We are going Tuesday am for stripers and I assume with the lack of wind today it should be pretty decent enerywhere

Re: Daily Vis Report Thread
Be sure to post a report. I'm thinking of heading out Friday/Saturday and was wondering if anyone was getting any stripers.

Re: Daily Vis Report Thread
Dove the 1st wall at Point Judith on Sunday at high tide. Vis was an awful 4-6', except at the end of the jetty near the bottom where it opened up a bit to about 8-10' in spots. Spotted a couple of undersized stripers and some good sized unafraid tog at the tip.
