Hello,

The time has come for the 3rd annual Lionfish Blast! Wednesday April 29th at Mudville Grille, 1301 Monument Rd, #1 Jacksonville, FL 32225, we will be holding our Captain's Meeting and Tournament Sponsor Raffle. Please join us for a night of fun and fellowship before the Lionfish Blast begins!

Registration will begin a 5:00 PM - If you haven't signed up yet, you can register when you arrive. $50 - General Tournament, $10 Biggest Lionfish Calcutta, and $10 Grouper Calcutta.
If you have registered already, you will need to sign your Liability Waiver and receive your Captain's Bag with Diver Number and copy of the rules.

Captain's Meeting at 6:15 PM - We will go over the rules for the tournament and have a short demonstration about lionfish safety and removal techniques.

Sponsorship Raffle at 7:15 PM - The highlight of the evening's event!!! Local and National sponsors recognize that our tournament is doing a service for our local reefs and graciously donate items towards our raffle. We can show them our thanks by giving them our business and continuing our effort at controlling the Lionfish in the North Florida region and anywhere else we may be diving. Please check out our flyer to see some our great sponsors and tell them THANK YOU next time you use their services.

You do not have to be registered for the tournament to attend. Come out and meet some local divers, fishermen, and sportsmen and have a great time. Who knows you may even win something!!!

We will post the standings and prize structure on the website after the Captain's Meeting Wednesday Night.

This year we are fortunate to be able to guarantee a 1st Place PRIZE of $1000.00 thanks to support from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission!

The LIONFISH BLASTER AWARD is $400.00 sponsored by Home Remedies of Jacksonville, Duckworth Construction, and Ft. George Island Marina.

We have TWO GOLDEN PEANUT AWARDS this year, each mystery number of lionfish will payout $100.00, so weigh often to win!

Please share this with anyone who you think will enjoy a fantastic evening helping to control the lionfish population in Northeast Florida.

Go to: www.lionfishblast.com for more details or to register early.

Check our facebook page for daily updates on tournament happenings. https://www.facebook.com/NortheastFl...shBlast?ref=hl

Definitely looking forward to this!!!

The raffle was awesome last year... after an hour of calling out numbers, Donny asked if there was anyone who hadn't won something yet and there were maybe 2 hands that went up. Then Donny just started throwing stuff out to the crowd.

Great sponsors again this year

Thanks again for your hard work, Donny!

See you tonight
