Re: WSB Picture Thread

We spent 3 days aboard the Peace Boat the weekend before last. It was my first time hunting and landing wsb. I finished the trip with three... 34lbs, 27lbs and 23lbs. Very grateful for the abundant info and advice available on this site and others. After reading tons of threads and watching many videos, I felt I came prepared with the right gear and mindset

Also had a great time on the Peace... we met some great divers, the crew is helpful and they fed us very well. I'd certainly recommend the charter to others, especially those looking for a cost effective opportunity to hunt wsb.

Yeah I pulled up early that morning and you guys were already on my spot. And that was after I told Captain Eric to stay off my spotz!!! Some fool up on the second deck waving a massive dive flag like he was in the Olympics or something

Haha. Well, glad you got a couple you'll never forget your first WSB and those are some healthy lookin fish. Nice work.

We worked a couple other spots and I was able to find this nice little lady early in the afternoon. Top down shot right through the dome!

And you quit after just one? Sounds like the actions of a man with merely a passing infatuation with slugs.

I wasn't gonna contaminate this thread with Yellowtail but since you asked...I didn't stop at "just one".

And I think you know better than to accuse me of having a "passing infatuation" with slugs. It's pretty much a lifestyle

Liberal, yes. Whiney, no.

Slugs are heavy, and I'm still in training. Thus, the straining...

Sorry bro, I'm pretty picky about who I welcome to my spots and the CIH dock is no exception. Center slot is all kooks, locals can dive the slots to the left or right.

I'm pretty kooky. How do I get a ticket for some WSB?
