Right on, I can certainly point you in the right direction. Basically if you are shore diving, just go to Neah bay and as you are on the road from sekiu to Neah bay, it winds right along the ocean and there are dozens of spots to pull over and dive. You have to do a little exploring to find the best ones, but like anywhere if there is rocks and kelp there should be some nice fish. Vis is good as long as the swell is down so check the swell before you go because if it's up there are not many spots to get away from it. I don't really know of any dive shops that have any good freediving or spearfishing equipment, there are lots of scuba divers up here but not many freedivers and very very few spearfishermen. There are definitely getting to be more though, I've actually had quite a few people pm me asking about diving in washington, so if you make a thread in the pnw section I'm sure you'd find some dive buddies. good luck man there is some really great diving up here.
the cliffs are very hard to dive when the vis sucks. If there is no swell and it's been good for around a week, i usually swim out to the kelp straight out from leskems or osprey.
Mainly good calico. lots of perch but the kelp holds great calico. lots of good divers like to dive the outside kelp and get GREAT WSB and YT. Lotssss of lobsters all over the cliffs if you know where to go.
