Probably around 40" or so. Looking to build him an entry level gun to shoot snapper, flounder, triggers etc. with.

    Hi Dean,
I do have a few but I'm away from home right now so I can't say exactly what size the blanks are until I get back home next week. What size are you looking for?

Interested in a teak blank for a speargun for my son. Do you still have any for sale?
This will be my first build.

    Thanks,

    Dean

    Hi Henry,

This would need to be made on a cnc machine to be fast enough for the cost to be practical. It would take a lot of hours (for me, anyway) to make a prototype. Jeff has made some roller muzzles for pipe guns, but not as elaborate. It might be something he would consider. I'll pass this along to him.

Hey Bill, how are you? Listen, I was wondering if either you or jeff can come up with a contraption like this.

If so let me know what it would cost me. Thanks,
    Henry

    Wood guy,

I'm currently looking to make my own gun, but need a blank and possibly even a dove tail track drilled. Was wondering if you had any blanks.

I need a 57' blank made of FEQ teak...

I don't keep any on hand since they are custom for a particular gun. The tracks fit in a dovetail that is 8 degrees with an 11/16" width at the widest part (Available for $12 online with free shipping in the us.). I charge $60 for a track up to 48" with an additional $10 per foot (or partial foot) over 48". I can cut the track for anything from a 9/32" to a 3/8" shaft, including anything in between. I use special custom made ball cutters that are slightly oversized for the shaft, and have a 3/16" neck. This allows me to cut a track that will shoot a 9/32" or a 5/16" shaft without the small shaft falling out.

Information I would need to know:
    1) Overall length of the track
    2) Shaft diameter(s)

Depending on overall length, I could probably get them made and shipped next week.
Feel free to call me at (251) 980-1153 if you would like to discuss over the phone.

How are you, I spoke to Jeff about a delrin track and he says you are the guy to speak too. Can you help me? I need an enclosed track for a custom gun that I am building. If you could please let me know what the cost is, and other specifics. I also have a couple of friends who are interested in the tracks.
    Thanks,
    Henry
