I was in the water when you were being detained on the CP beach. It is my understanding you were cited for going on the beach after sundown. You should not have to pay any fine. The law is bogus. Your have friends. At the very least, we need to assure you will be covered so you can not be forced to plead guilty to get a reduced fine. Do you have a scanned copy of this citation? Hello Ethan. Just wanted to let you know that I made it to the Jetty and found the shack. I met a diver there and he suggested to go to boomers instead. We ended up going to bird rock and there were no red tide there indeed. We saw a leopard shark and a sand bass but did not take a shot. I'm glad I finally got to dive. I hope you had better luck.
