Repeal Change to the Texas Open Beaches Act

We were out 30 miles in May was supposed to be 1 ft seas for 2 days we were going to stay the night seas all day were less than a ft and a storm blew in about midnight when were 30mi out we were in...

If you pick you days during the summer and stay within sight of land you should be fine, if you see a storm you can rush in. I sold my bay boat last year a 22 triton b/c of little ones. I felt...

Well viz was about 2 ft, redtide was quite strong by the jetties, but not bad at the UT marine science pier. Viz was improving by the time we left to maybe 4ft.

I will try to make it out on Sat to the North Jetties what time are you planning on going? I will probably stay for a few hrs before I have to be back to Dad duties.

Sat is supposed to be 4-6ft seas but the wind is out of the South so North jetties should be protected.
