On the multi day form it says you must be out of port 12hrs each day. When you fill it out make sure you put leaving before noon, returning after noon to be safe.

I did this with a beuchat marlin handle to make a roller. I would not use a male handle. spear fishing world has the marlin handle for $80. I recommend it.
