9lbs in 7days is not good! it is to much to fast! it is probably most likely water weight. according to the American Collage of Sports Medicine you should not louse more than 3lbs a week. also proper...

OK so i bought a 3CFM vacuum generator, I'm going to order the bagging material today. i just picked up a large peace of teak. 1.5in/8in/8ft. should be enough to do a gun or two. ill post some picks...

on my first night dive i was with my friend David, at the time we were both inexperienced and he was towing a cheep PVC float with cheep orange chord. well as he was swimming along the chord started...

80 grit, would that explain why when i epoxy my guns the epoxy pulls away from the edges, i usually use 100 grit

good point, i just thought it might be better to keep it in sleep mode to save battery life, would it be a bad idea to take it into a pool? i don't know if the Chlorine is bad for it or not?

i saw one today in Jamestown.. im not sure how deep i was but it was deeper that i usually go. they are fast little bastards. it seemed small but i don't know how big they usually are.
