I find it amazing that you can catch a white shark, an apex predator, one animal which is fairly scarce in the ocean, and you hardly get a slap on the wrist. That, and you hardly have anyone around...

I surf and dive the north coast down to Pismo, and whites are always in the back of my mind.

Having said that, I'd happily get in the water and swim around with whites any day of the week compared...
