"Hey Spear One, The diameter of the ball is 6.45mm. The shank is actually tapered. At the ball, the diameter of the shank is 2.89mm. At the hole end, the diameter is 2.73mn."

I will be surprised if they actually open them. Even if they do, it will likely be a very small "trial" allocation of maybe 100 fish with a lottery, stamp, or permit application process to harvest...
