Try the S side of Hillsborough Inlet, there is a string of rocks that hold plenty. Take a big flag, or better a boat, and get there early.

That structure off the breakers does not look like a pier in the water. The rocks are massive and holds the largest nurse shark I've ever seen, twice over.

look for a 17' shamrock. good stable boat with a full platform. Easy on gas, cheap to work on, plenty of deck space. This is the one I have always wanted.
