I would have to disagree on that one. Margate is excellent table fare. It might not be Grouper or Red snapper, but I have served it to many of my friends with nothing but positive results.

Its not standard procedure on any boat that I fish on. When we take any legal species of shark by hook & line, they are dispached with a knife to the throat/ gills and immediately gutted and iced....

It doesnt matter how convincing their story was or what their reasons were. It is ILLEGAL to boat a protected species even if it was in self defense. It also doesnt make it all right if you barbecue...
