We have sheephead here too.
Your fish is much prettier than ours. Like yours, our Sheepshead are pretty dumb also. So much that my dive buddy Ced wont shoot them unless there is nothing else.
They are great to eat though, taste as good as snapper to me. I only shoot them when they aggregate in the spring. They are larger then.
